Introductions
The Legendary Item in Legion 7.0 brings a big surprise for us. No need to unlock quest or farm raid, usually, it drops by accident. The gear's item level is 265 and drops from World Quest, Mythic+ Dungeons, Raid bosses and PvP Chest.
Each spec for all classes will have 5-7 Legendary Items and 3 shared Legendary Items which can be used for all specs. All legendary bonus effects are passive "Equip" effects. Some classes use the Legendary item to match the talent, Artifact Trait, and Artifact Relic. That is to say, the importance of these World rare Legendary Items is not less than the old patch one.
At the beginning of Legion, only 1 legendary item can be equipped at a time. Over time, you can get the second one when your Class Order Hall is at level 6. The Legendary item level is not fixed. It will be increased with the expansion progresses. Players can get Distilled Titan Essence by raiding Essence of Aman'Thul from The Nighthold. Distilled Titan Essence, which will allow a legendary to be upgraded to a maximum item level of 265.
