Pantheon's Blessing is the item used to upgrade the Pantheon trinkets, Each Pantheon's Blessing will upgrade a trinket by 5 item levels, up to item level 280. as such it will take a minimum of 12 of them (i.e. 12 weeks) to max out the item level of a trinket.
There are 5 epic Pantheon trinkets and 1 legendary one (Aman'Thul's Vision). Pantheon trinkets only drop from Argus the Unmaker, the last boss in the Antorus, the Burning Throne on Normal, Heroic or Mythic difficulty. It will not be available in LFR difficulty. These trinkets have the Unique-Equipped: Path of the Titans (1) tag. This means that only a single Pantheon trinket can be equipped at a time. Aman'Thul's Vision is the only legendary that does not have the Unique-Equipped: Legion Legendary (2) tag. Therefore, it can be equipped in ADDITION to two other legendaries (for a total of 3 legendaries equipped at once), which also shares "Path of the Titans(1)" with other 5 Pantheon trinkets.

The Pantheon trinkets are the best trinket in this patch. You will have an easier raid experience if your raid group have more Pantheon trinkets.
