Druid Players must be memorable for the Druid turning flame, blazing and burning, which makes your cat appearance cooler and cooler.  In order to gain this effect, you have to go through Firelands to get the Burning Seed or Fandral's Flamescythe.
Fandral's Seed Pouch is a new toy for Druid in Patch 6.1. The fire cat form will be turned when using this toy.
Before this, no matter how druid's tranmog good-looking, how gears fantastic, once turned, all the clothes effect will disappear. So, Blizzard attached the turning effect for Fandral's Flamescythe. Then the Feral Druid will enter into the fire cat form fighting automatically after equipped.
Burning Seed allow you keep the fire cat form both in and out of combat without Fandral's Flamescythe.
Fandral's Seed Pouch has no limit to get this effect, much easier than before.
