Loot Item Levels
Like in Castle Nathria, the last two bosses of the Sanctum of Domination raid will drop higher item level loot than the rest of the bosses in the instance. Both Kel'Thuzad and Sylvanas Windrunner's items will be 7 item levels higher, up to 259 on Mythic difficulty.
