Legion Timewalking is coming in Patch 9.1.5

Legion Timewalking is coming in Patch 9.1.5, introducing one new mount as a reward for 5000  Timewarped Badge: Favor of the Val'sharah Hippogryph.

On the Patch 9.1.5 Development Notes, Blizzard released more information on Legion Timewalking - The list of available dungeons and how loot will work on Mythic+.
The dungeons that will be available during Legion Timewalking are Black Rook Hold, Eye of Azshara, Darkheart Thicket, Vault of the Wardens, Neltharion's Lair and Court of Stars.
When Legion Timewalking is active, players can talk to Ta'hsup in Oribos to obtain a Timeworn Keystone, allowing to run Legion Timewalking dungeons in the Mythic+ difficulties. These dungeons will be scaled up to Shadowlands Mythic+ level.
Legion Timewalking Mythic+ dungeons will have a separate set of affixes from the Shadowlands dungeons and count toward the Great Vault requirements for the week.
Legion Timewalking Mythic+ loot will reward items at the same level as Shadowlands Mythic+ and these pieces of gear can be upgraded with  Valor, but cannot show up as an option on the Great Vault.
