Camel mount is a new wow mount added in CTM, and it could get through Revered reputation with Ramkahen. And how does another camel mount Reins of the Grey Riding Camel come from?
First, you need to find Mysterious figurine camel in Uldum. It is similar to a rare NPC, existing everywhere of Uldum randomly, and you can find it by the Macro: /target. You may find it next to a wall or a stone. After finding it, just right-click, it will appear the following two reactions:
1. There is a 95% chance that it will turn into dust, and you can loot the Crumbled Statue Remnants.
2. There will be only 5% chance that the player will be surrounded by a hurricane and teleported to the steam pools in Feralas. There, you will find groups of tamed camels and Dormus the Camel-Hoarder. After defeated Dormus, you can get Reins of the Grey Riding Camel. 
Obtain the Reins of the Grey Riding Camel will reward you a Feats of strength: Scourer of the Eternal Sands and the Title: "the Camel-Hoarder".
