The upcoming Raid Antorus the Burning Throne will come out in patch 7.3.2, and you have chance to upgrade your legendaries again. Although Blizzard said it will be a very minor patch, it will allow players upgrade legengaries another 30 item levels just as upgrading legendary gear in Legion expansion. While there are not a large amount of new legendaries coming in Patch 7.3.2, there are two high-impact ones, a new way to upgrade legendaries to ilvl 1000, and some BoA legendary tokens. Check out our previous post to learn some Legendary items guides as well as buy wow gold and wow boe gears to enjoy the biggest discount ever during October 14 - October 31 at raiditem! BOE items package with 50% off and additional code-using discount are for hot sale!

Legendary Item Level
When Antorus, the Burning Throne opens, new legendaries will drop at ilvl 1000. However, we know that the all Legendaries dropped at ilvl 940 when Tomb of Sargeras actually opened. So we expect the similar thing will happen again.

Upgrading Legendaries
You can upgrade existing legendaries to ilvl 1000 when Antorus opens via Awoken Titan Essence. This works similar to past upgrade quests:

Collect 50 Wakening Essence to create Awoken Titan Essence, used to upgrade one legendary to ilvl 1000. You will need to repeat the process for additional legendary items.

Following the pattern of past legendary upgrade currencies,  Wakening Essence is likely rewarded from the following:
Weekly Mythic+ Chest
Antorus, the Burning Throne bosses
Emissary caches
First daily Legion heroic dungeon
Weekly PvP rewards

Cursed Shard starts The Cursed Shard which rewards 10 Wakening Essence.

New Legendaries
There are 2 new legendaries are added in Patch 7.3.2. Insignia of the Grand Army and Aman'Thul's Vision. However these are not spec-specific, world-drop legendaries.

Legendary Equip Cap
The regular legendary equip cap is still set at 2. However, players can have more equipped at once via two spec-specific legendaries and  Aman'Thul's Vision. There are no current plans to expand the legendary equip cap for spec-specific legendaries.

Bind on Account Legendary Tokens
In Patch 7.3.2, players will be able to earn legendaries through the form of Bind on Account tokens. These legendary tokens are not intended to serve as a catch-up mechanism, but if you already have every legendary for your class (not just your specialization), you'll be able to keep earning legendary rewards instead of nothing. These tokens can then be sent to your alts.

Blizzard seems listen to what players are focusing on and try to make some good adjustments. In the upcoming patch, players are likely to have more legendaries and now and it’s time to upgrade the Legendaries and gain new rewards from completing quests. We guess you may need some help to boost your power. Why not come to raiditem? Raiditem is offering you some attractive promotion offers, such as, WoW gold with 10% off, POE gems with 25% off, BOE items with 50%off and additional discount , Black Temple Timewalking for & $49.99, etc. You will never regret if you come to raiditem, for you will enjoy the all-time low rate from October 14 to October 31!
