Legion Artifact May Appear in Battle for Azeroth

Redditor Sergrand discovered on Battle for Azeroth beta that he cold transmog to Aluneth and it would still talk to them. Artifact weapons that currently have voice lines associated with them will whisper to players as well. No matter you are a Mage, Warlock, or a Priest and you will keep having weapon whisper at you in Battle for Azeroth. More news about Battle for Azeroth will be updated here. You will receive whispers from the following Legion Artifacts: 

- Aluneth (Arcane Mage Artifact) 

- Skull of the Man'ari (Demonology Warlock Artifact Off-Hand)

- Xal'atath, Blade of the Black Empire (Shadow Priest Artifact)

 

However, it is a must to state that this might or might not be intentional, for many players said that they did not get the transmog vendor to actually transmog weapon. So we don’tknow it is will be disabled or abled in the official Battle for Azeroth. Anyway, Beta gonna be beta and we will know it when the next expansion arrives.

What do you think of the talking Artifact? We guess most players desperately want it to be true. At present, you have to transmog like to like — Aluneth requires you to use a staff, Xal’atath needs a dagger, and the Skull is an offhand item.
